Miami Beach Pool Service, Repair, & Equipment

Miami Beach has changed dramatically in the last 15 years to a diverse and stable community, having evolved from a seasonal tourist area to one of the most glamorous and trendy urban living locations in the world. Attractively located between the Atlantic Ocean on the east and tranquil Biscayne Bay to the west, the area consists of famous resort hotels, luxurious condominiums and a wide variety of homes, from bungalows to waterfront multi-acre estates.

"The Beach", as it is commonly referred to locally, is generally considered a conglomeration of somewhat distinct areas, trendy South Beach, the more family oriented residential areas just north of South Beach, and North Miami Beach.

South Beach is admired globally for its style. Consisting primarily of art deco buildings, many refurbished originals from the Rat Pack days of the 20th century, South Beach has a unique flavor that attracts people from all over the world. Pools in this part of the world frequently have similar style. In fact, some of the area's commericial pools are among the best known pools in the world.

Movie stars, professional athletes, beautiful models, business leaders, and socialites enjoy the areas trendy nightlife hotspots, upscale restaurants and cafes. The somewhat recently revived Lincoln Road is a quite popular venue for outdoor restaurants, boutiques, shopping and general people-watching. Lincoln Road is also the home of the New World Symphony and famous music companies such as Sony Latin America and MTV Latina.

Family style homes and waterfront estates and housing areas are found to the north of South Beach. Areas include the high-rise condos that line Collins Avenue, Bay Harbor Islands, and Surfside. Further north, in what is frequently considered the general North Miami Beach area, lies a variety of neighborhoods, from single family homes to high-rise condos. The affluent cities of Bal Harbour and Aventura are generally considered areas within the North Miami Beach area.

Pools in the Miami Beach areas other than south beach range from typical 15 by 30 foot rectangular pools to world class residential and commerical pools. Owners and operators in this area tend to spare no expense, opting for state of the art chemical control systems, whisper quiet energy efficient pumps, cutting edge water features, and energy efficient heating systems to match the quality and prestige of their homes.
