Although it is generally what is offered by others, it is a stripped down version of what the company has traditionally offered, and specifically exludes its Science Based Chemical Management process, instead simply cleaning and chlorinating as others do.

Gold Level service is equivalent to the uniquely comprehensive type pool service the company has traditionally offered, specifically adding its Science Based Chemical Management process, including monitoring and maintaining not only chlorine but also pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid. Agreements entered into prior to this rollout will be considered Gold Level agreements. The Platinum level of service goes one step further, adding a quarterly algaecide treatment to help prevent algae formation.
